Homemade Laundry Detergent

I decided to whip up a batch of laundry detergent today from my Christmas soap flop. The scent was overpowering and the coffee grounds I added are too abrasive. It’s perfect for laundry detergent though.

I finely grated  the soap bars by hand and mixed them with the washing soda. Then I blended it all up in small batches in my mini food processor, threw it into a large bag, shook it up, and refilled my detergent jar.
